Last week we looked at the exotic Hindu Scale (1,2,3,4,5,b6,b7). Here is a sound clip of me playing over the Hindu Scale in A. The scale is spelled (A,B,C#,D,E,F,G).
I am using my heavily modified Ibanez RGT42WT with Original Floyd Rose, Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and Jazz in the neck into my iPhone using Ampkit.
I start off in the 5th position (5th fret) and move up and down the neck. I tried to use some newly developed country skills to blend this exotic scale with some pop!
Next week we will look at harmonizing this scale. Now, take your knowledge of this scale and apply it to your style!
